These exclusive rates are available only to registered attendees (Fellows accepted through the application process: Do not book your accommodations on your own; CRF® will book your room on your behalf.)

Booking Deadline
Reserve your room by Wednesday, April 23, 2025, 11:59 PM Eastern Daylight Time (UTC −4) to secure the Fellows 2025 discounted rate. After this date, rooms will be available on a space-available basis only.
Booking Deposit
An initial deposit of the first night’s room rate plus applicable taxes will be charged at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. A daily resort fee of $35 per room plus applicable taxes will apply for each night of your stay.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to your arrival to avoid charges. Late cancellations will result in a charge for one night’s stay, plus applicable taxes and fees, per the hotel’s policy.

Food and Beverage
The Fontainebleau Miami Beach offers a variety of dining options. and the immediate neighborhood has endless restaurants and eateries.
During the event, academic satellite breakfast and lunch programs will provide meals at designated check-in times in program rooms.
Coat and Bag Check
Luggage storage is available at the hotel bell desk. Please ensure personal items are not left unattended.
Travel
BY AIR
Miami International Airport (MIA) is just 12 miles west of the Fontainebleau Miami Beach, the official Fellows 2025 hotel and meeting venue. You’ll find taxis and ride-share services on the ground transportation level of the terminals.
BY CAR
If you choose to drive to Miami Beach, valet parking is available at the hotel.
- Valet: Prices are variable and may range from $50 plus tax for daily vehicles to $72 plus tax for overnight vehicles. Rates are determined via dynamic pricing and are available up to one week prior to the meeting.
