Qualifying Fellow Applicant

Current fellow who qualifies to apply for one of the limited number of complimentary spots in the Fellows Course. See application information and criteria.

Fellow (Nonqualifying)

Current Fellow who does not meet the qualifications to apply or missed the deadline to apply for the CRF^®  Fellows Course. 

Physician

Post-fellowship, or post-residency and not enrolled in a fellowship program at the time of Fellows 2025 —  excluding employees of companies in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, venture capital, management consulting, or financial industries

Allied Health Professional

Nurse, technologist, physician assistant, researcher, pharmacist, hospital administrator, biostatistician, and other non-physician professionally engaged in interventional cardiovascular medicine —  excluding employees of companies in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, venture capital, management consulting, or financial industries

Medical Student

An individual enrolled in a medical school program at the time of Fellows 2025 who is studying to become a physician or medical professional. 

Industry Professional

Employee of a company in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, venture capital, management consulting, financial, or other industries —  including such employees who are MD, DO, PhD, RN, PA, PharmD, or any other type of health care professional whose primary professional activity is as an employee of such a company.

U.S. Government Employee

Any employee of the federal government. You will be required to present your federal government ID to pick up your badge.

Attendance at Fellows 2025 in Miami Beach for the full, four-day conference, including:

• Satellite programs.
• Networking opportunities.
• More!

One-Day Access 

Includes access to Fellows 2025 for one day of your choice. One-Day Access badges are limited to one per person. Please refer to the Terms and Conditions, One-Day Access Rule section of this page for important policies about your one-day badge.

Applicants are not eligible for One-Day Access. Accepted fellow applicants must attend and participate in all days of the Fellows Course. 

Registration for and access to  Fellows 2025 is subject to the CRF^® Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions.

Prohibition on Badge Swapping, Sharing, or Lending 

Swapping, sharing, or lending an event badge to any other person is strictly prohibited. The full policy is available in our Terms and Conditions.

Cancellation Policy for Paid Registrants  

All cancellations must be received in writing. Send your cancellation email to [email protected].

• Full Refund: If we receive your cancellation in writing before Tuesday, April 1, 2025 (11:59 PM EDT), you will receive a full refund minus a US$100 administrative fee.
• Partial Refund: If we receive your cancellation in writing between Wednesday, April 2, 2025 (12:00 AM EDT) and Wednesday, April 30, 2025 (by 11:59 PM EDT), you will be refunded 50% of the registration fee.
• No Refund: No refunds will be processed after Thursday, May 1, 2025 (12:00 AM EDT).

In case of cancellation of attendance (by you or by CRF^® ), please be sure to cancel any associated travel arrangements (e.g., lodging/housing, airfare, or other travel arrangements). As more fully set forth in our Terms and Conditions, CRF^® is neither liable nor responsible for any such associated travel costs.

Nonqualifying Fellows and Medical Students 

• Free Registration: Registration for fellows and medical students is free.
• Credit Card Hold: A credit card is required during the registration process. A preauthorization hold of US$100 will be placed on your credit card.
• Nonrefundable Fee: You will be charged a nonrefundable fee of US$100 in the following cases: a) if you cancel your registration after May 1, 2025 at 11:59 PM EDT, or b) if you fail to attend Fellows 2025.
• Cancellation: If you are a fellow or medical student and need to cancel your registration, kindly do so by May 1, 2025 by (11:59 PM EDT) to avoid the nonrefundable fee.

One-Day Access Rule  

By purchasing a One-Day Access registration, you understand, acknowledge, and agree to abide by the following, in addition to the CRF^® Terms and Conditions:

• Badge Pickup: You will be able to pick up your badge only on the day you’ve chosen to attend and must return it to the designated registration counter at Fellows 2025 by the close of registration on the day of your attendance.
• Badge Return: If you do not return your One-Day badge prior to the close of registration on your day of attendance, the credit card on file for your registration will be automatically charged the Fellows 2025 Full Access registration fee for the designated registration category.
• Downgrades: Refunds will not be issued for changing from Full Access to One-Day Access.
• Single Purchase: Multiple One-Day Access registrations cannot be purchased. If you wish to attend more than one day of Fellows 2025, you must register for Full Access. You may change from One-Day Access to Full Access by contacting [email protected]. The prevailing Full Access registration rate will apply.

Substitutions

Registrations cannot be transferred from one person to another, and substitutions are prohibited. Additionally, any acceptance into the Fellows Course is non-transferable, as applications are reviewed on an individual basis.

Incorrect/Duplicate Registrations

CRF^® cannot be held responsible for incorrect and/or duplicate registrations. In such cases, the cancellation policy applies.

Badge Changes and/or Reprints

The fee for on-site badge changes or reprints is  US$75 per change/reprint.

This activity is not CME accredited, and therefore, the supporter is required under the Sunshine Act to report the support given to this program, including meals and expenses that are provided to you. In order to help supporters comply with the Sunshine Act, the names and contact information of all U.S. and Canadian licensed physicians participating in this function will be provided to the supporters of this program. The information provided will be used for reporting purposes only.
