Attendees who complete their Exhibit Passport by 2:00PM PDT on Saturday, April 13, 2024 will be eligible to win one of 2 prize items through a random drawing.

Exhibit Passport Game Rules

Prize: The drawing will be held at 2:01PM-3:45PM PDT on Saturday, April 13, 2024. Participants must be present in the General Session, Blossom Ballrooms A-F, Level 2, Resorts World Las Vegas to win. Up to 2 attendees, depending on the number of participants in the Passport Game, who successfully complete their Passport Game will be potential winners through the drawing. Prizes will consist of one (1) RW Swag bag (US$75.00 value) and one (1) Custom Non-Alcoholic Wally’s Basket (US$125.00 Value). Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for the Passport Game. If a name is called and the individual is not present, another winner will be selected. All prizes are non-transferable, non-assignable and no substitutions or cash redemptions will be allowed. Only one prize will be awarded per winner.
Prize Value: Prize item(s) will be provided at the time of the drawing. Prize value ranges from $75 to $125.00 USD and may vary based on market conditions at the time of the event.
Scan All QR Codes: The goal is to visit all exhibitors and scan their QR code. Take the time to explore and interact with each company during breaks and throughout the day. Each exhibitor will have a unique QR code at their booth. By scanning the QR code when visiting the exhibitor, you will be marked as having visited that company. Complete this process for all the companies to be eligible for the drawing. There are 13 exhibitors in total.
Time Limit: The Passport Game starts upon the opening of the Exhibits Hall and ends at 2:00PM PDT on Saturday, April 13, 2024. Attendees who complete their Passport by 2:00PM PDT on Saturday, April 13, 2024 will be eligible for the drawing.
Eligibility and Winners: Only attendees (i.e., physicians, fellows, and allied health professionals) of the Fellows Course are eligible to participate. Exhibitor personnel, industry, government attendees and faculty are NOT eligible to participate in the Passport Game. All participants must be over twenty-one (21) years of age or older or the age of majority in their state or country of residence as of the date of participation. Attendees must use SocialPoint (via scan of QR code) to participate in the Passport Game. Eligible participants must be present to win. The drawing will be held from 2:01PM-3:45PM PDT on Saturday, April 13, 2024 in the General Session, Blossom Ballrooms A-F, Level 2, Resorts World Las Vegas. Prize winners will be required to sign and return (except where prohibited) an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release (TN residents will not be required to sign a Publicity Release as a condition of winning a prize) and if applicable, a W-9 or W-8BEN tax form at the time the prize is claimed otherwise, prize must be returned to Cardiovascular Research Foundation.
Decision Finality: Cardiovascular Research Foundation’s decision on the winners will be final and cannot be contested.
Agreement to Official Rules: By participating in the Passport Game, participant agree to abide by these Official Rules. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification from the Passport Game. All decisions of Cardiovascular Research Foundation are final and binding in all matters related to the Passport Game. The Passport Game is conducted in English. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the terms and conditions of these Official Rules and any abbreviated rules or other statements contained in any Passport Game-related materials, including, but not limited to: any entry form, survey, print or online advertising; the terms and conditions of these Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control.
Conditions: In the event any portion of this Passport Game is compromised by activities beyond the control of Cardiovascular Research Foundation which, in the sole opinion of Cardiovascular Research Foundation, corrupts or impairs the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the Passport Game, Cardiovascular Research Foundation reserves the right at its sole discretion to modify, suspend or terminate the Passport Game. Winning a prize constitutes permission for Cardiovascular Research Foundation and its agencies to use prize winners' names, likeness, case(s) and if applicable, social media handles for purposes of advertising, promotion and publicity, for this Passport Game only, without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. Cardiovascular Research Foundation may prohibit a participant from participating in the Passport Game or winning a prize if, in its sole discretion, it determines that said participant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Passport Game by cheating, deception, or other unfair playing practices or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other attendee, participant, Cardiovascular Research Foundation or the Fellows conference. If for any reason this Passport Game is not able to be conducted as planned, including, but not limited to, by reason of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of Cardiovascular Research Foundation which corrupts or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Passport Game, then Cardiovascular Research Foundation reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Passport Game.
No Liability: By participating, participants and prize winners agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless Cardiovascular Research Foundation, and its officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any claims made by any participant, prize winner, or any other third parties, related in any way to the operation of this Exhibit Passport Game as well as any other claims, damages or liability due to any injuries, damages or losses to any person (including death) or property of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from receipt, acceptance, possession, misuse or use of a prize or participation in any promotion related activity or participation in this Exhibit Passport Game. Each prize winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes, including taxes imposed on his/her income. In addition, and if applicable, prize winners are solely responsible for ensuring that their entry into the Exhibit Passport Game and acceptance of the prize (if applicable) is in compliance with their employer’s or institution’s ethics, conflicts, or other governance rules, including any applicable reporting requirements.
Taxes: The value associated with the prizes may be taxable as income and the prize winner is solely responsible for reporting and if applicable, paying any taxes, including, but not limited to all applicable federal, state, and local taxes that become due with respect to the value of the prize. The Cardiovascular Research Foundation will, if required by the Internal Revenue Service, report the value of the prize to the Internal Revenue Service in the year the prize is received by the prize winner. Accordingly, prize winner(s) will be required to sign and return a W-9 or W-8BEN as applicable. No compensation will be provided for any prizes that are not able to be awarded to a prize winner. The Cardiovascular Research Foundation will not be responsible for any tax liabilities incurred by prize recipients.
Use of Data: Cardiovascular Research Foundation will be collecting personal data about participants online, in accordance with its privacy policy. Please review the privacy policy here. By participating in Passport Game, participants hereby agree to Cardiovascular Research Foundation’s collection and usage of their personal information and acknowledge that they have read and accepted the Cardiovascular Research Foundation’s privacy policy. Winning a prize constitutes permission for Cardiovascular Research Foundation and its agencies to use prize winners' names, likeness, and if applicable, social media handles for purposes of advertising, promotion and publicity, for the Exhibit Passport Game only, without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Governing Law: This Passport Game is governed exclusively by the laws of the United States.
